Interesting watermelon saladtimes by Anna P.



Usually, the fish would be the focal point of a dinner here at Hillside Manor, especially when it was this good (Parmesan and basil encrusted deliciousness). But the watermelon salad was the winner on this plate. Anna put Basil, kalamata olives, feta and red onions in the bowl with some juicy sweet watermelon. These flavors were interesting and exciting.

The beans were flavored with fresh lemon juice. The biscuits were mini sourcream morsels that I couldn't stop eating. The fish was perfectly cooked.
