This here 3.75 nom BRAKfast Sando was deeeeelish. It was served up on a Farm255 english muffin, with cheddar cheese, egg and a slice of tomato (which was purchased at the Athens farmer's market on Saturday from an eager local tomato grower). Apparently the farmer had to start growing the tomatoes in her house during the winter so she could get a jump on the season. It paid off too, because she was the only farmer at the market with big, plump, juicy tomaters.
