Broiled Red Snapper Goodness

There are few things finer than eating fresh fish that was swimmingly happily in the big gulf in the morning, but then found itself on your plate in the evening.  This is Broiled Red Snapper lightly seasoned cajun style with some bread crumbs, roasted potatoes with red onion and red pepper and blanched green beans and asaparagus on the side.  Incredible.
