2 Good 2 Only Eat Once

The fresh snapper the other night was so good, we had to go back and get the next day's catch.  Again we broiled the snapper with some fresh herbs from the garden, but switched up the sides and this was a homerun.  Garlic and rosemary sauteed spinach with Yukon Gold mashed taters with sourcream and chives.  I could eat this every day.  4.5 Noms
