So we cooked up a bunch of brats and stuff for Father's day and had some leftovers, so for last night's dinner we cooked up some yellow, red and green pepper with vidalia onion in olive oil and garlic. Then tossed the cooked veggies with the leftover brats to warm them up and served it over california short-grain brown rice from the DFM(dekalb farmers market). 3.9 Noms
