Camping Noms

Cheesey silverqueen corn and sweet onions quesadillas!

These onions came from Gale Farms in Decatur, Ga. The corn is from south Georgia. This was good eats, while camping right below Coker Creek Falls, in east Tennessee. I fried up the remaining onions and corn off the cob for a nice side dish as well.

The drink was bulleit bourbon, water and lemon.
