Cedar Plank Salmon and Summer Risotto

We were very excited about this dinner and it worked out perfectly. The risotto cooked with squash, zucchini, vidalia and white wine came out incredible and worked very well with the salmon grilled on a cedar plank. On the side we cooked down kale from the farmer's market with butter and garlic and then tossed it with a little grated ginger and sesame oil. 4.5 Noms!
